At WorkWise Wellness, we often get asked these kinds of questions during our mental health and wellbeing training sessions. What we’ve noticed is that these unanswered questions tend to act as a barrier to having open conversations, prevent people from getting the help they need, and unfortunately, keep the stigma around.

We are proud to be partnering with Nicki who has been working in the human resources space for almost 20 years and is passionate about HR and the impact that having the right people in the right jobs, contributing towards business strategy, can have on the success of an organisation.

Nicki describes herself as a relatable, influential and commercially minded executive level HR professional. She brings a forward-thinking, pragmatic approach that evenly balances fairness and consistency with the delivery of business objectives.

We are excited about this collaboration as it complements our consultative approach to wellbeing in the workplace.

For a wellbeing strategy to be effective it means finetuning areas like:

  • People Strategy
  • Organisational Design
  • Employee Engagement
  • Change Management

Outside of work you can find Nicki on the terraces of Cheltenham Town Football Club, singing at weddings as part of an acoustic duo or running an open mic night at my local pub!
If you would like to find out more or be introduced please let us know.
