How WorkWise Wellness was borne...

Leigh grew up in a family of high performing athletes. She recognised some parallels in the workplace – how prioritising wellness at work impacts performance positively. Studying a Social Science degree specialising in Psychology fuelled her interest in the importance of cultivating a strong wellbeing culture based on a holistic approach. Subsequently WorkWise began 10 years ago.
