Overview

Resilience – the ability to manage challenge and hardship is something we can continuously look to increase. Resilient people can tap into their strengths but also ask for help and support when needed.

Gauging resilience for ourselves largely comes down to self awareness. Having a framework to work with makes this broad
concept easier to approach and understand.

The framework is based on six pillars of Wellbeing: Mental Health, Physical Health, Purpose, Balance, Communication and Health of your Wealth.
