My Male Role Model:
Peter Dale (TV and Youtube Presenter) – More commonly known as ‘Tubes’, Pete has hugely suffered with Mental Health due to being an alcoholic. Within the last 7 years he has turned his life around and found golf as a way of managing both his MH and alcoholism. He now presents ‘Golf Life’ and talks about his progression with MH and how he has managed to deal with it. He also discusses everyday problems with his guests which is truly inspiring and explains that its ‘ok not to be ok’ and to talk if you are ever struggling
